Episcopal Economic Development was created by the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles in order to provide local communities with small business kitchen incubators and job training cafes that enable local residents to establish their own food-based enterprises and/or acquire the skills necessary to obtain employment within the food service industry. Our programs are known
as Mama’s.
